Why both exist

Different forms.
Same feeling.

The journals came first, born out of the small moments I wanted to remember about Sherry and the bigger ones I needed to process. Writing helped. So I built the journals I wished had existed on Day 1.

The nameplates came next. Because somewhere between the hundredth photo and the thousandth tail wag, I realised our home had fundamentally changed the day Sherry walked in. It deserved to say so on the door.
